Mass Premier Soccer has established a vertically integrated pyramid that focuses on player development from the age of 7 up to 23 years old.
The MPS player development program offers players an opportunity to graduate through Junior SOE, School of Excellence, Premier / PD Team, MPS U19 / U20 and on to the MPS First Team programs. As a result of the MPS Player Development Pyramid, the club strives to produce players who can compete at the highest level of soccer throughout the world.
In addition to the MPS Player Development Program, the club operate an extensive camp and clinic program as well as hosting Leagues and Tournaments throughout Eastern MA.
MPS’ success is rooted in our belief and ability to improve all our players technically, tactically, physically and psychologically. MPS’ commitment to its players is to provide them with the best coaching available in a professional and elite environment.
Massachusetts Premier Soccer is comprised of the MPS Youth Development Academy. The Academy consists of Camps, Clinics, the School of Excellence Program and the Premier Team Program.
The School of Excellence Program works out of 13 different locations with players aged U-9 through U12. The Premier Team Program has both boys and girls teams aged 13-20 playing under the monikers of MPS Bulldogs, MPS Renegades, MPS Crusaders, MPS Lady Crusaders, MPS Knights and MPS Lady Knights. In certain age groups we field both premier and premier development teams. The camp program works with over 4000 campers annually and the clinic program works with 35-40,000 players throughout the year by placing as many as 50 coaches per day in the community in the spring and fall seasons.
MPS has 50 full time staff coaches and over 40 Regional staff coaches. MPS is the only club in New England that has a PDL franchise (MPS Crusaders) and a W-League franchise (MPS Renegades) giving us a unique structure and the ability to cater to a player’s development from U-8 through U-23.
We have a consistent development philosophy through our entire program which includes standardized systems of play for our premier teams.
