The men’s club with 66 teams is UCD’s biggest sports club. UCD play their FAI National League First Division home games on Friday nights at 7.45p.m. in the UCD Bowl. An extensive scholarship programme is supplemented by a high degree of activity at intermediate and fresher levels and of course the Superleague which has become a sporting phenomenon at Belfield.
Trials for first year students are held on the first Saturday of term. League involvement includes the National League, the Leinster Senior League, the Superleague and the Colleges and Universities League. The club also competes in the three Irish Universities Cup competitions – Harding, Crowley and Collingwood Cups.
